XRV full build with PintS stator, 3D printed Controller Box and spare parts

Parts Used: Floatwheel XRV kit, PintS Stator, ISC PNP P50B battery kit with torque box and torque bang bumper, XR stock rails, 1wheelparts XR Height Adjustable Finned Axle Carriers, FM Surestance front sensor, TFL 5" Hub, Grizzly Ceramic Bearings, TFL Enduro tire, 3D printed Pubparts Flowglider Controller box, Custom aluminum lid to mount ESC, OW XR Power Button, OW XR Charge Port, Digikey 6 pin Molex, Digikey Switchcraft Hall Sensor plug.

I will be cutting off the PintS Motor connector from the stator and installing the XR 6 Pin Motor Molex and 6 pin Switchcraft Hall Sensor plug to mate with the XRV ESC.

The PintS motor axle uses M8 bolts which is different than the XR axle motors 5/16-18 bolts. Good thing I realized this quickly and did not tighten the XR axle bolts in. This would have destroyed the threads.

I have the controller box with threaded inserts and acrylic window built and ready to install XRV ESC.

I have the PintS stator installed in the 5" Hub and enduro tire installed.

Next task is converting the PintS motor connector to the XR molex and hall sensor plugs using a small length of e-bike motor cable I sourced. I plan to build a harness with the 6 pin molex and hall sensor plug first. I’ll chop off the PintS motor connector and splice on my XR harness.
