Hello, I recently installed a littler focer v3.1 with the flowglider bundle. I used This guide. Whenever the board engages, especially with weight on it, up the motor shudders pretty badly. Video. I went back through a couple times and checked motor configuration and recalibrated the imu. Not sure what else to check. Using stock battery and bms charge only.

This is a common problem. Have you checked the “crunch” guide here? You should be able to fix it by following those steps.
