New pack why am I seeing several batteries at 0v?

Xr- lf 3.1-hypercore-20s2p(Indy)Ennoid X-lite v4. So this is my replacement pack (the last one had this happen with one cell.) and I just pulled up my bms screen due to very low mileage once again and I see several cells at 0v. I believe I plugged everything in for the bms in the right order. It showed the cells all balanced the first time I charged it last week had not checked them since it’s been running good but just did cuz my mileage is once again crap- really it’s worse than crap . My xr pack with 2k+ miles on it got better mileage and before voltage sag was faster due to less weight . I got underground finals in a couple weeks so if anyone knows why this is going on , I’d appreciate your help. Looks like I’m gojngto have to take apart my battery box again which already has almost all the lid bolt parts broken off and is held together by electric tape and the pressure of the rails holding the box in. ( the plan was to throw this 20s2 pack in-first one & shut it forever but I’m now having to open it back up for a 6-7th time in the past month .

well the common denominator here is your x-lite

x-lites are cheaply manufactured garbage and dude doesnt answer emails when theres a problem with a board lightly pushing my v4 into the box, i literally pushed the fucking Bluetooth module off the board with my finger. It’s my third one in a year. two v3 and one v4. I went back and tried to push the Bluetooth module off one of the v3s, Could not push it off the board, no matter how hard I pressed it simply wasn’t soldered well and neither are half the fucking capacitors on there

bet you anything you are missing an smd component on your xlite if you check closely. maybe several The real question is did the XLite fuck the batteries or are the batteries actually fine and the XLite is just reporting junk values.

is your controller shutting you down or are you can connected/soc shutting down via the bms? maybe uncheck soc in bms tab and check range

That still wouldn’t matter when it comes to mileage. I’d still get good mileage if the bms wasn’t working right. Fairly certain I am riding on 15? Cells. Guess it could be broken weld but had that issue with first one but that one wouldn’t charge period w broken weld. This charger says it’s at 84.3 I’ve been told that it won’t charge if there’s a bad cell is that true? I don’t think it is. Hope the heck does this happen though never even used this pack to its capacity all a sudden 5-6 cells at 0v ? Bring a 18650 down too 0 would be hard and noticable on previous charges.

Not can connected it’s not shutting me down but the mileage is def shutting my rides down a ton .
