Started experiencing this strange motor vibration/stuttering on my XRV. The wheel spins without the issue for the first few seconds until the beep, so this is very likely a settings issue.
This is especially noticeable when balancing a very specific way on the board, so a particular pressure point accentuates it. I found no difference related to torque, speed, or anything in particular - just that riding the board very very level makes me feel it more. I even thought it was a flat tire at first.
Not sure what you’re experiencing while riding, but what your video shows is unrelated to that. That’s just holding brake current, which adds resistance to the wheel to help it stay in place when dismounted.
Ah sorry. It feels very similar to that while riding… so think a constant vibration or humming both audible and felt. I thought my tire was rubbing or I had a flat tire, so keep that in mind as far as feeling goes.
