Hi, an acquainted of mine (not so tech savvy) has installed an XRV in his old XR, and from what I can understand he has updated it to v6.5 and is having troubles making it run, so he wants to take it back to v6.2 (as Tony says to not upgrade from)
From memory it runs the same FW as the LFocer 3.1 is that correct?
If so it is just flashing the Little_FOCer_V3_1 from here?
6.05 should work just fine. I’m running it on my XRV and PintV. I’m betting the configuration wasn’t backed up and restored before and after the update. If you really want to downgrade the firmware, then the link you’re found is correct. Just note that you’ll probably still have to load the configs via the post I linked to above.
If I remember correctly the 6.05 firmware for the pintV (and presumably XRV) kit is the adv200
